1. Drop EcO into your swimming pool or hot tub

If you have a roller shutter, we advise you to place EcO in the skimmer of your pool.
Make sure EcO does not stay out of the water for more than a few seconds. This could damage its sensors and interfere with water quality analysis.

2. Get 24/7 monitoring and custom care recommandations

Monitor your swimming pool water thanks to the iopool mobile app.
Based on the water values and the configuration of your pool, iopool offers you personalized treatment advice.

3. Get the chemical products you need delivered at home

The iopool application tracks your chemical products inventory in real time and can deliver them to your home when you need them.
iopool has studied and selected a range of high quality pool care products to balance and keep your pool water healthy and clear.

You have 30 days to test iopool. If you are not convinced by the quality of our products after these 30 days, we will refund your full purchase. All you have to do is contact our team by phone or email and we will ask you to ship back the monitor and chemicals that have not been used. And of course, the shipping fee will be entirely at our expense.

The EcO monitor is guaranteed for 2 years. If a technical problem occurs, it will be repaired or replaced as required.

Due to the chemical nature of the sensors, the monitor must be changed every 2 seasons, as for all of these kind of devices on the market.
We then recycle the product.
